Dr. Paul Mattiussi

Dr. Paul Mattiussi graduated from the University of Queensland in 1991. He opened his own practice in Dayboro in August 2009, but has worked as a Principal Dentist in Gladstone, and from 1999 to 2009 as a dentist for the largest dental practice on Bribie Island.

Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Mattiussi has kept up to date with many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He is one of a small number of dentist's who have completed the Level IV accreditation with the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry and has an interest in dental lasers and forensic dentistry. Dr Mattiussi is currently a member of the oldest dental study club in Australia, the Dental Study Club of Brisbane.

Dr Mattiussi was involved in the identification of victims of the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami and was awarded an Australian Federal Police Operations medal for his contributions.

Paul enjoys practicing dentistry while pondering the less serious matters of everyday life. When not at work, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Judy and their 'children', or just driving around the yard digging up dirt with his skid steer.
